Job description

We’re looking for a Material Handler for our Cincinnati service center. This role involves moving, inspecting, and staging temperature-controlled shipping containers to keep operations running smoothly.

📍 Location: We need this individual to be within commutable distance to Cincinnati given it is an on-site position.

What You'll Do:

  • Load, unload, and move containers using pallet jacks/forklifts

  • Stage containers between receiving, cold chamber, inspection, and dispatch areas

  • Visually inspect containers for damage; flag for repair

  • Log container movement and condition in inventory system

  • Maintain clean, organized, safety-compliant work areas

  • Follow SOPs for cold-chain/pharma handling

Job requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred

  • Able to lift materials and remain on your feet for the duration of a shift

  • Comfortable working in cold environments, including temperatures as low as -20°C, with appropriate PPE

  • Forklift certification is a plus

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to following safety procedures
