As a Senior Technical Business Analyst at SkyCell, you'll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders across the business, you'll translate complex requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions that drive our products forward. From shaping new features and analysing data to supporting releases and solving operational challenges, you'll help deliver technology that has a real impact on the global pharmaceutical supply chain.

What You'll Do:

  • Use technical artifacts to document business requirements (process flows, entity diagrams, etc)

  • Own Epics and User Stories throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • Align solutions, designs, and specifications with Product Managers and UI/UX designers

  • Assess and compare different solutions to address business requirements

  • Collaborate with engineers and QAs in defining solutions, requirements and testing scenarios

  • Capture non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, performance, security)

  • Validate assumptions via data analysis with stakeholders and tech teams

  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and solutions

  • Specify and document integration solutions to ensure system interoperability

  • Analyse complex datasets to extract insights and enable data-driven decisions

  • Contribute to testing strategies for automation and non-functional requirements

  • Use SQL for basic reporting (aggregations, calculations, summaries)

  • Prepare Release Notes and follow up on post-release tasks, including handover to Service Desk

  • Assist Sales and Product teams with RFPs, demos, and POCs

  • Support with investigating production issues and provide input to Service Desk (3rd-level support)

Job requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy

  • Knowledge and proficiency in modelling notations, such as UML, DFD, ERD, system architecture diagrams etc.

  • Experience in requirements engineering and business process modelling

  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodology

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
