Job description

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst at SkyCell, you'll help bridge business needs and technical solutions. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders across the business, you'll translate complex requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions that support our products and the global pharmaceutical supply chain. From shaping new features and analysing data to supporting releases and resolving operational challenges, you'll contribute across the software delivery lifecycle and help turn business needs into effective technical solutions.

📍 Location: We are open to candidates based anywhere within Poland, Spain, and Romania, with remote working available within these countries.

What You'll Do:

  • Use technical artefacts to document business requirements, including process flows, entity diagrams and other relevant models

  • Manage Epics and User Stories throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • Align solutions, designs and specifications with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers

  • Assess and compare technical solutions to address business requirements and identify appropriate approaches

  • Collaborate with Engineers and QA to define solutions, requirements and testing scenarios

  • Capture non-functional requirements, including scalability, performance and security

  • Validate assumptions through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders and technical team

  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and practical solutions

  • Specify and document integration solutions to support system interoperability

  • Analyse complex datasets to identify insights and support data-driven decisions

  • Contribute to testing strategies, including automation and non-functional testing requirements

  • Use SQL for basic reporting, including aggregations, calculations and summaries

  • Prepare Release Notes and support post-release activities, including handover to the Service Desk

  • Support Sales and Product teams with RFPs, demos and Proofs of Concept (POCs)

  • Investigate production issues and provide technical input to the Service Desk as part of 3rd-level support

Job requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Experience in requirements engineering and business process modelling, with knowledge of modelling notations such as UML, DFD, ERD and system architecture diagrams

  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience working across the software delivery lifecycle

  • Ability to analyse requirements, data and technical options, and translate business needs into clear, practical solutions

  • Experience working with technical requirements, system integrations, APIs, SQL or other technical specifications

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, QA and other functions while managing multiple priorities
