Job description
As a Supplier & Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing our global freight procurement activities, from sourcing and negotiating rates to maintaining accurate pricing data and supporting supplier relationships. Working with teams across the business, you’ll use data and market insights to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve procurement processes and ensure we have the right rates and capacity to support our operations. You’ll also help enhance our reporting and tools, using technology and AI to improve data quality, visibility and efficiency.
📍 Location: We are open to candidates based anywhere within Spain, Portugal and Poland, with remote working available within these countries.

What You'll Do:
Procurement & Data Management: Manage procurement activities, maintain accurate pricing data and the RFQ tool, identify special-handling requirements and support process improvements
RFQs, Rates & Cost Control: Request, analyse and negotiate freight rates across transport modes, support global RFI/RFQ processes, maintain rate cards and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Support supplier relationships, maintain relevant documentation and contribute to supplier meetings and Quality Business Reviews (QBRs)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Freight Bill & Audit, Pooling and Pricing teams to resolve billing queries, anticipate volume changes, provide accurate pricing information and support operational requirements
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Support dashboards and reporting, analyse trends and volumes, and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, efficiency and supplier performance
Job requirements
What You'll Bring:
2–4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, freight forwarding or a related field, with experience managing freight quotations and rates across multiple transport modes
Good understanding of global RFQ processes, supplier coordination and transportation rate management, including creating and analysing rate cards
Strong Excel and data-analysis skills, with the ability to work accurately with large datasets, pricing structures and cost-optimisation initiatives
Experience using procurement tools and an interest in applying AI and technology to improve data quality, reporting, dashboards and efficiency
Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders. Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
